New Datacraft solution boosts consumer take up of mobile Internet services for Thailand’s TrueMove
The new system will enable improved internet access and centralised billing for wide range of consumer services and content at more than 15,000 Wi-Fi hotspots located across Bangkok and via GPRS and EDGE networks country-wide. The new solution is expected to stimulate a dramatic increase in take up of mobile Internet services by Thai consumers and boost revenues by implementing variable pricing for different kinds of services, based on market acceptance.

Telkomsel turns to Datacraft for VAS network upgrade
Datacraft has completed a IP VAS (Value Added Service) network re-design for Indonesia’s leading mobile operator, Telkomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), in order to improve performance, simplify network management and troubleshooting as the company continues to experience rapid growth in core revenue generating traffic such as ring back tones, sms traffic, instant messaging and voice mail. Completed in eight months at a cost of over US$2 million, this complex multi-stage project entailed a site survey of the telecoms environment in 14 cities.

Telecom Fiji engages Datacraft for Next Generation Network upgrade across South Pacific nation
The IP-based network upgrade which cost over US$1 million, will allow Telecom Fiji Limited (TFL) to meet growing demand for voice and data services and stay ahead of competition. It will provide the platform for the latest range of business services such as high speed data, capacity on demand and voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP); while ensuring customer satisfaction. The new Next Generation IP Network is based on a Cisco MPLS platform and consists of a territory-wide IP Backbone combined with a Metro Ethernet Network (MEN) in the capital city of Suva.

Datacraft wins three years contracts to Supply, Install and provide Uptime Maintenance services for PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (XL)
The Uptime maintenance contract includes comprehensive Uptime maintenance support, fast response and quick resolution of IT infrastructure problems and a 24x7 Customer Hotline Service. In addition, Datacraft Indonesia was awarded a separate contract to supply and install new hardware and software to bolster XL's existing IT infrastructure as it continues to expand its mobile user base. It will also be placing a team of networking engineers on-site to provide a highly skilled in-house support to handle all IT issues and trouble-shooting.
